Today my hubby kena serangan gout...2 la x nak dgr sgt ckp me...jgn suke sgt duk mkn mknan laut kan dah terkena...dah siksa diri sendirikkan..tgk kesian plak tp tu la..geram pun ade..me pun dah mcm2 cara bgthu hubby pasal gout iaitu benda blh mkn n x..tp semalam blh dia balung jek mee kari..sure dlm mee kari tu ader kerang kan..yummy le..bg me tp bg hubby siksa la.. apa pun me nak nak kongsi la kat laman web nie
